Green Circle Leisure have unveiled new plans for the proposed 4 star boutique hotel at Allerton Manor Golf Course. The new design, by renowned Liverpool-based architects, Brock Carmichael, will save and restore the remaining facades of the original Grade II listed Manor House.
The historic structure is currently in a severely dilapidated condition, with most of the building being destroyed and lost due to a fire in 1944 when it was occupied as a private residence. The valuable heritage building is now at imminent risk of collapse.

The latest phase of work to restore historic grade II listed buildings at a Liverpool golf course has scooped a top award at the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) North West Building Excellence Awards this week. The project to restore and convert the listed sandstone former stable block to create a stunning / bar restaurant and first floor function venue at Allerton Manor Golf Course won the Best Small Commercial Project category in the regional NABC awards.
We’re reconfiguring our current 27 hole golf course to create a new par 72 championship course with 18 hole adventure golf and driving range facility. Furthermore, a golf pavilion and 31 bed boutique hotel will be developed behind the listed façade of the former Manor House.
